Green Wins ARCA in Speedway Debut Race

(CONCORD, NC - MAY 24, 2025 – RIS) Austin Green, second generation racer and alumnus of Bandolero and Legend races, took the No. 82 Overplay Games Chevy to lead the final laps of the race. Green pulled away from William Sawalich over the final dozen-plus laps of the race. "It's everything to win here," Green said, "after running the Summer Shootout and watching the big guys on the big track, hoping one day I'd get to race it.

"It's my first time on the big oval, so it's special to win. I don't think it's even set in yet. I'm not sure it will until tomorrow."

Green and his father form the eighth father-son pair to take the checkered flag at ARCA Menards Series races. David Green captured a win at Nashville Fairgrounds Speedway in 1992 and won the NASCAR Xfinity Series crown in 1994.
