Amateur drivers to bid for pairing with racing legends in support of Speedway Children's Charities

CONCORD, NC. (March 6, 2025) – The inaugural Celebrity Pro-Am Race is set to electrify the Heritage Invitational at the newly unveiled Ten Tenths Motor Club, located at Charlotte Motor Speedway, on Friday, April 4, 2025. This exclusive event offers amateur drivers a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to team up with some of the most iconic names in motorsports, all while supporting a noble cause.

Ten amateur drivers will have the unique chance to bid for partnerships with the A-list professional racers. Those scheduled to participate include:

• Tommy Kendall
• Katherine Legge
• Patrick Long
• Max Papis
• Kyle Petty
• Scott Pruett
• Boris Said

On Thursday, April 3, an exclusive, invite-only dinner will be held where amateur drivers will bid on the opportunity to pair with their preferred professional racers. All proceeds from the auction will benefit Speedway Children's Charities, dedicated to supporting Charlotte-area nonprofits that serve the needs of children in the community.

Each team, consisting of one amateur and one professional driver, will compete by each completing a lap on the Ten Tenths Motor Club's state-of-the-art circuit in the all-electric Porsche Macan Turbo. The combined lap times will determine which teams advance, culminating in the crowning of the overall Pro-Am champion.

The Celebrity Pro-Am Race is the highlight of a day filled with automotive excitement, including two feature races for the Historic Trans Am Series, showcasing classic muscle cars in thrilling competition.

The following day, the Heritage Invitational will feature a traditional concours, presenting more than 60 of the world's most sought-after vehicles from renowned collectors.
