NASCAR Postpones Racing for the Second Straight Day at Martinsville

MARTINSVILLE, VA - RIS - For the third time in 2021, NASCAR has postponed a race due to weather.  The Blue Emu 500 NASCAR Cup Series race will be run at 4:00 PM on Sunday, April 11th.  The trace will be broadcast on FS1.  Denny Hamlin was leading the race with Joey Logano second when the rains returned.  The Cup cars were only able to complete 41 laps after the track was dried.  The original 8:00 start was pushed back because of track drying.

The Xfinity race which was postponed on Friday night due to rain will now be run at 4:00 PM on FS1.  Both races were started when inclement weather forced them to be stopped.
