Dover, DE - RIS - Chase Briscoe runs a 22.894 to take the Pole for the 34th Annual Use Your Melon Drive Sober 200 at Dover International Speedway. Taking his second Pole for the 2019 Xfinity Series season. This will be his third start at Dover and he takes a Pole position, not too bad for a Rookie.
The speeds appear to be down this race at Dover, but 157.246 MPH is nothing to sneeze at. Chase will take the #98 Ford Performance Ford into turn One in a commanding position for the drop of the Green later today.
The weather is cool and the speeds and track surface are not expected to change throughout the 34th Annual Use Your Melon Drive Sober 200. Look for plenty of side by side racing at Dover International Speedway.
