INDY 500 - Kyle Kaiser has Hard Hit in Turn Three on Fast Friday.

Indianapolis - RIS - May 17, 2019 - In the first hour of Fast Friday practice, Kyle Kaiser, in the Juncos number 32, make very hard contact with the turn three wall. Kaiser was on just his second lap going into the turn a little low. His left rear got down on the white line at apex, making the car very loose.

The car rotated to the right, backing very hard into the SAFER barrier. After bounding off the wall he barrel rolled coming down hard on the track, with the roll bar actually digging a hole in the pavement. The wheel-less car ended up right, a shook up Kaiser was taken to the in-field care center.

Kaiser was cleared to drive after being checked and released from the center.

This was the fourth major crash at the speedway in four days.
